Terms & Conditions
To secure your session date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, before your session begins. No exceptions. We limit the number of clients we serve each day to ensure every session gets the time and attention it deserves. Once your time slot is reserved, it cannot be given to another client. Booking a session means we turn away other clients to reserve your slot. Therefore: Photographer Cancellations: If we need to cancel your session, no rescheduling fee will apply, and a new date will be arranged. Combo Packages (e.g., Maternity + Newborn): Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for traffic, preparation, or getting children ready. Session times are part of a full-day schedule and cannot be shifted last-minute. We understand unexpected illnesses happen. If you or a group member is unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. Final edited images will be delivered via a downloadable link within 4 weeks (20 business days) from the date your image selections are confirmed.
