Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation Fee

To secure your session date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot, before your session begins. No exceptions.

2. Late Arrivals & Rescheduling

We limit the number of clients we serve each day to ensure every session gets the time and attention it deserves. Once your time slot is reserved, it cannot be given to another client.

  • Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice will have their session automatically cancelled and must reschedule.
  • If you're running late, it's your responsibility to notify the photographer immediately.
  • If the schedule allows, sessions may be extended by 30 minutes for R550 (arranged and confirmed in advance).
  • If an extension is not possible:
    • You may reschedule for a flat fee of R750.
    • No-call, no-show clients forfeit both their session and deposit. Repeat no-shows will not be tolerated.
3. Cancellation Policy

Booking a session means we turn away other clients to reserve your slot. Therefore:

  • All cancellations are subject to the non-refundable deposit.
  • This deposit covers planning, studio rental, and the time set aside for your session.
  • If your package includes a makeup artist, their fee is also non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email, message, or direct contact).

Photographer Cancellations: If we need to cancel your session, no rescheduling fee will apply, and a new date will be arranged.

Combo Packages (e.g., Maternity + Newborn):

  • If only the maternity session is completed:
    • You will be charged for the standard maternity session rate.
    • The unused newborn portion may be converted into a studio or family session of equal value, if needed.
4. Tardiness & Session Start Times

Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for traffic, preparation, or getting children ready. Session times are part of a full-day schedule and cannot be shifted last-minute.

  • If you're late, we cannot guarantee full session time.
  • Missed time due to tardiness will not be refunded or extended.
  • Always notify the photographer ASAP if there are delays.
5. Sick Notice

We understand unexpected illnesses happen. If you or a group member is unwell, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • We request at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling when possible.
  • For everyone’s safety, sick clients should not attend their session.
6. Editing Policy

Final edited images will be delivered via a downloadable link within 4 weeks (20 business days) from the date your image selections are confirmed. (Public holidays, weekends, and studio closures are excluded.)
